Some pursue careers. Others pursue purpose. Will James Simpson II stands as a powerful example of what happens when passion meets service and faith fuels action. Driven by conviction and guided by compassion, Will is a builder—not just of platforms, but of people. His voice inspires. His vision uplifts. His leadership empowers communities to rise, reclaim their power, and walk boldly in purpose. This isn’t just a story of legacy—it’s a movement of impact, growth, and transformation.
Born in the historic city of St. Augustine, Florida, where every brick and street tells a story, Pastor Simpson has never been content with the ordinary. From a young age, he stood out—not by chasing accolades, but by redefining excellence itself.
As a high school leader at Flagler Palm Coast—presiding over student government, directing school productions, and commanding the stage with unmatched charisma—he proved that influence comes from impact, not intention.
With studies in Business Administration and Engineering—and now continuing at Phoenix University—he remains a perpetual student of excellence, always refining, always reaching.
But knowledge alone doesn’t change lives. Conviction does.
To uplift communities through music, ministry, and unwavering faith.
To serve not for recognition, but for transformation—across all backgrounds and beliefs.
To build a legacy that empowers future generations through education, creativity, and service.
For over 20 years, Pastor Simpson has used his gifts not to entertain—but to ignite purpose. As a pianist, organist, composer, director, author, and sound engineer, he has woven art and ministry into a tapestry that reaches across generations and denominations.
In 2016, he joined Brothers Keepers Academy as a music instructor, producing their first-ever Christmas Cantata—a performance that turned young talent into a powerful collective voice of praise.
In 2018, he launched Music on the Move, a traveling ensemble bringing music and ministry to nursing homes, hospitals, and underserved communities. That same year, he founded the Colors of Music Convention for the Arts, raising nearly $20,000 in its first year alone—proof that passion paired with purpose creates unstoppable momentum.
